A retired Insurance Manager; he handles all types of audit of banks apart from routine audit and income tax matters. Needless to mention, he is a specialist in insurance matters.
CA. Vaira Mutthu K.
One of the founder partners of the firm; he brings with him rich experience in Income tax, Internal audit, Corporate audit and Tax audit. He has dealt with various assignments of different entities in the arena of Income tax, Internal audit, Bank audit, Due Diligence etc. Being certified with DISA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he deals with ease on customized Management Audits too. He is a Registered Valuer for Financial Securities for all statutory purpose, duly certified by ICAI - Registered Valuers Organisation.
CA. Prasanna Krishnan. V
One of the founder partners of the firm. He is a specialist in Indirect tax laws, viz., Goods and Service Tax, Customs and Central Excise. He continues to handle legacy cases of Service Tax and State VAT in various appellate forums too. He handles various statutory audits and challenging Income Tax disputes also. As DISA (ICAI) qualified professional he handles the information system based audits with ease. For decades he is a counsel with sound professional records, appearing before various Tax Appellate forums/courts including Customs, Excise and Service tax tribunal (CESTAT) benches; he handles cases before GST Appellate Tribunal, National GST Anti Profiteering Authority and Authority for Advance Ruling in India too. His suggestions and representations on various Service Tax / GST matters have positively been considered by the office of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Ministry of Finance and the Board thereunder. His services are gladly invited by professional regulators, various training institutes for government officers, chambers of commerce, academic associations etc through out the country too.
